Ministry Overview:
The Worship and Tech Ministry at The Foundation Church is dedicated to creating an engaging and authentic worship experience that helps people encounter God. Our team plays a vital role in leading the congregation in worship and ensuring smooth technical operations during services and events.

Position Summary:
The Worship and Tech Ministry Volunteer will support the worship services and other church events by assisting with various tasks related to music, sound, lighting, video, and live streaming. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about worship, music, and technology who are eager to serve the church community.

Key Responsibilities:

Music Team:
  - Participate in Sunday morning rehearsals (7:30am) and Sunday service (9:33am).
  - Dedicate time for personal practice outside of rehearsals to ensure preparedness and excellence in your role. (Practice is personal rehearsal is relational.)
  - Assist with setting up and tearing down music equipment.
  - Collaborate with other musicians and vocalists to create a cohesive worship experience.
  - Maintain a lifestyle that reflects a commitment to Christ and aligns with the values of The Foundation Church.

Tech Team:
  - Operate sound, lighting, and video equipment during worship services and special events.
  - Assist with the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.
  - Manage live streaming and recording of services.
  - Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

Qualifications:
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for worship.
- A member of The Foundation Church or willing to become one.
- Willingness to learn and serve in various aspects of worship and technology.
- Previous experience in music, sound, lighting, or video production is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Time Commitment:
- Attend Sunday morning rehearsals (7:30am) and Sunday service (9:33am), approximately 3-5 hours per week.
- Dedicate time for personal practice outside of rehearsals to ensure preparedness and excellence in your role. (Practice is personal; rehearsal is relational.)
- Additional time may be required for special events or training sessions.

Training and Support:
- Training will be provided for all necessary equipment and software.
- Ongoing support and mentorship from experienced team members and leaders.
